2.3 – Additional delivery costs for buyers outside of Italy, if any, are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. The Customer owes nothing more than the order total.
2.4 – Classe 1935 cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the order or in delivering the items ordered.

3. What to do when the courier arrives at your place
You’ve just completed your order on our website, all you have to do is wait for the products to be delivered.
Visually inspect the box: if it is damaged, crushed, dented, torn, wet, punctured, etc., please inform the courier of the defect.
Signing with reservation of inspection + reason (e.g. reservation of inspection for dented package): means that you are accepting the package and taking advantage of the possibility of opening a dispute for damage.
If you sign without reservations and the package and its contents are damaged, there will be no point in filing a complaint because signing without reservations means accepting the package without any problems.
Photograph the damage: this is essential proof that will always be required. The courier and the sender will ask you to send multiple photographic proofs of the damage. Photograph the outer box and the condition of the products inside. The more photos you have and the more information you provide, the easier it will be to obtain a refund.
Proof of Purchase: You will be asked to provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or tax document) to verify the value of the damaged goods.
List of Contents: Provide a detailed list of the contents of the damaged package, including its value. You can use the order summary on our website.
ATTENTION
Please note that the law provides very strict and precise rules for refunds. According to the international agreement, refunds are based on the weight of the box.
For domestic shipments: the expected refund is €1 per 1 kg.
For international shipments (Italy – Europe and vice versa): the expected refund is €10 per 1 kg
If the damage is acknowledged and the courier arranges a refund, you will receive a sum of money not equal to the actual value of the goods, but relative to the value of the refund per kilo of goods shipped.
The only way to get a full refund is to purchase insurance that covers:
- total and/or partial damage
- total and/or partial theft
- robbery
You can purchase insurance for your shipment on our website.
